Hero Mask
James Blood ist ein heißblütiger Kommissar der Eliteeinheit Special Service of Crime (SSC), die zur Hauptstadtpolizeibehörde gehört. Sarah Sinclair ist eine Untergebene der Kronstaatsanwältin Monica Campbell und musste mit ansehen, wie diese plötzlich tot zu Boden fiel, während sie an einem wichtigen Fall arbeitete – einem Fall, der sich mit dem Unternehmen LIVE befasste. Kurz nach Monicas Ableben wird die Polizeistation von einer Person angegriffen, die James eigentlich für schon lange tot gehalten hat. Er und Sarah schließen sich zusammen, um herauszufinden, wer die Drahtzieher hinter diesen Ereignissen sind, und kommen langsam einer Verschwörung auf die Spur, welche sich um LIVE dreht – und um angeblich entflohene Gefangene, die vor Jahren gestorben sein sollen, sowie Masken, die ihren Trägern übermenschliche Kräfte verleihen ...
